Strategy Advancement and Implementation


  • Leads high-visibility initiatives translated from complex strategic goals (ex. REACH)

  • Keeps system wide initiatives in lockstep with communications and implementation plans

  • Collaborates with leaders to make big picture concepts actionable initiatives

  • Plays significant role in the success of System�s Affordability & Experience Goals

     


Change Management


  • Serves as culture champions during moments of significant transition

  • Facilitates the alignment of executives to ensure buy-in for the case for change and implementation plans

  • Leverages understanding of rational and emotional decision-drivers to respond to team member, facility, and system needs  

     


Issue Navigation


  • Utilizes extensive system knowledge to convene the right decision-makers for a given challenge  

  • Solves difficult problems and removes operational and cultural roadblocks

  • Brings strong knowledge across multiple levels of expertise to navigate complex issues

     


System Resource


  • Manages consulting engagements as the liaison between executive team and consulting partner

  • Represents the Office of Strategy with all key stakeholders

  • Leverages understanding of key stakeholders� perspectives on given issues to inform plans

     


Project Management


  • Works across multi-function teams to ensure project goals are met

  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with key stakeholders to advance business goals and respond to team member and project needs

  • Possesses comprehensive understanding of System strategy and aligns project objectives to support the broader work of the organization  

  • Brings results-oriented approach to ensure project effectiveness and efficiency
