HTM Field Service Engineer - $5000 Sign-on Bonus

The Field Service Engineer II repairs, maintains, tests, and calibrates complex diagnostic imaging equipment/systems to ensure its safe and proper operation and to maximize patient safety by supporting the proper use, application and operational performance of patient care equipment. The Field Service Engineer II performs scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) according to hospital policies, procedures and industry-recognized standards, using specialized test equipment, tools, and simulation devices. The Field Service Engineer II also assists with assigned projects, related to the installation, relocation, and disposal of medical imaging equipment/systems.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's Degree combined with 3 years of relevant applicable experience repairing, maintaining, testing, and calibrating diagnostic imaging equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with customer(s) using various communication tools, be able to establish rapport with staff, and to keep clinical staff and appropriate clinical management informed as to the status of repairs.
