External Description:

The Analytics Developer I provides basic analytics and reporting services to clinicians and customers.  Gathers data from multiple sources, analyzes data and creates metrics to drive clinical and operational performance improvement. 

The Analytics Developer I will gather and document data requirements from customers; analyze source systems; extract, transform and load data into database; produce relevant standard or custom information (reports, dashboards, charts, graphs, and tables); analyze and validate output and metrics to ensure data quality, reliability and integrity; document project/work assignments including technical documentation; and interpret basic data and associated deliverables.

The ideal Analytics Developer I candidate will have knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, SQL, R, or STATA; strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and able to produce data in a clear and understandable manner.
