The Copywriter for Baylor Scott and White Health is is responsible for the conception of strong, effective creative messaging for print and digital marketing assets. The ideal candidate will be decisive, competent and confident in conveying a positive and consistent consumer-focused tone, no matter the subject. Additionally, they�ll adhere to solution-oriented ways-of-working while exhibiting the ability to stay on message while managing a high volume of creative asks.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, strategic thinker and a strong presenter with an expert comprehension of the brand standards, our consumers, and our mission as a brand and healthcare system. An ability to leverage feedback as a way to enhance the work, as opposed to simply fulfilling the ask, is a plus.
 
In addition, the Brand Manager for BSWH has the following responsibilities:
 
�        Owns all brand standards, manages and trains creative resources and deploys appropriate marketing tools to effectively translate the brand across all media.
�        Provides creative input on advertising, promotions and programs, and manages both internal and external creative resources to ensure brand standards are met.
�        Ensures that the brand strategy is deployed uniformly and consistently in order to reinforce brand voice and increase brand loyalty.
�        Manages critical vendor relationships, including printing companies, signage vendors, custom content publishers and project management firms, to provide cost savings based on volume and process changes he/she identifies.
�        Develops the creative strategy using feedback from customers, service line leaders, vendors, marketing management and market research studies to guide actions.
�        Works with the market research team to ensure that advertising campaigns are thoroughly tested with the appropriate target audience.
 
The ideal candidate will have proven success executing marketing campaigns; managing and developing P&L and driving market growth in the healthcare industry.
