Practice Administrator II Temple Gastroenterology

The Practice Administrator II directs division operations for Gastroenterology. This position has direct responsibility for setting and managing budgets, identifying, developing, and implementing revenue enhancements and cost controls, personnel management and development, data analysis, and otherwise working to improve division operations across multiple domains. The ideal candidate for the Practice Administrator II role will be able to clearly demonstrate their ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain relationships across all functional levels throughout the organization and community, to include, but not limited to, patients, clerical, nursing, physicians, advanced practice professionals, operations, and senior leaders to coordinate services, resolve operational problem, and improve quality of patient care.
ï¿½ The Practice Administrator II manages daily activities of multi-provider, multi-disciplinary, multi-site practices to ensure efficient clinic operations.
ï¿½ The Practice Administrator II interviews, selects, trains, supervises, evaluates, counsels, and, where necessary, terminates assigned employees.
ï¿½ The Practice Administrator II supervises entry of charges, procedure codes, payments, and patient demographic information. Understanding of ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS codes helpful.
ï¿½ The Practice Administrator II coordinates with various internal and external stakeholders to obtain or relay information regarding meetings, purchasing, data processing, and other division functions.
ï¿½ The Practice Administrator II provides information to Physicians, community groups, and referral sources about programs provided by divisions.
ï¿½ The ideal candidate for the Practice Administrator II role will be able to communicate with various divisions and departments to coordinate services, resolve operational problem, and improve quality of patient care.
ï¿½ The ideal candidate for the Practice Administrator II role will also be able to monitor trends in government and non-government regulations related to Managed Care and third-party reimbursement to ensure Practice Programs are in compliance.
