Position Title:

External Description:

The Manager Training is responsible for developing a strategic vision for Service Center employee training and development; designing and managing applicable programs necessary to ensure a pipeline of quality customer service talent across the Shared Service Center (SSC); and developing and implementing communication strategies for the SSC. The Manager Training designs processes for training materials and delivery of training using instructional tools to maximize impact while managing cost and time. The Manager Training is responsible for the development of the Quality Assessment Strategy to measure training program results and impact to improve effectiveness and efficiency. The Manager Training has oversight to daily training operations with the Training and Development Consultant to ensure sustained performance process, culture change and professional development strategies within the SSC.
 
The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for continuous learning who has the ability to measure and assess staff training needs.
