HR Business Partner II

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to designated business units, aligning business objectives with staff and management. The HR Business Partner will serve as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. The HR Business Partner also assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations, and seeks to develop integrated solutions by communicating needs proactively with the HR department and business management. In addition, the HR Business Partner will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business unitï¿½s financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition; and ensure that human resources services are provided in compliance with established system policies, procedures and practices.
The ideal candidate for the HR Business Partner role will demonstrate the ability to partner with leadership in the delivery of HR services, consult with the line management providing HR guidance when appropriate and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
