JOB SUMMARY
The Revenue Cycle Client Manager serves as the internal revenue cycle liaison for assigned clinic leadership. The manager will communicate revenue cycle performance and develop action plans for metrics not meeting established goals, coordinate efforts to create a consistent registration and financial counseling patient experience at  Baylor Scott & White Health clinics, and ensure appropriate controls and tools are in place to monitor performance and compliance within regulatory requirements.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
The Revenue Cycle Client Manager will perform root cause analysis, identify and assess trends, work with the training department on necessary curriculum to improve deficiencies, improve workflows that impact financial outcomes and provide onsite training support.


KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of revenue cycle technology processes and denials, is required for the role. The ideal candidate must have strong written, verbal, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, communication, PowerPoint and Excel skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and initiatives and manage demanding workloads.
