We are actively searching for Registered Nurses (RN) for our resource pool to provide an opportunity to work in multiple areas of their interest that can include up to: Emergency Department, Intensive Care, Progressive Care, Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Cardiac Step-down, Women�s Services. The areas worked in are available based on the Registered Nurse�s (RN) competency level.

 

Our Resource Pool Registered Nurses (RNs) are responsible and accountable for prescribing, delegating and coordinating patient care. Our Resource Pool RNs supervise care delivered by the patient care team; coordinate plan of care; provide education for patients and staff; collaborate with other disciplines; provide direct patient care for specific patient age groups; and ensure that patient care meets standards of safety, effectiveness, patient rights and guest relations.  In addition, our Resource Pool RNs will also improve nursing practices and the work environment through participation in shared governance/shared leadership decision-making processes. Our Resource Pool RNs take ownership for nursing practice and participate in all phases of the staffing process from education and planning to evaluation.

 

The ideal Resource Pool RN candidates will use clinical reasoning, conduct accurate clinical assessments according to practice standards, Identify and prioritize patient/family needs. This dynamic and vital role requires candidates that excel in an environment where independence, self-awareness and servant hood are highly valued. In addition to the minimum educational and tenure requirements, our top candidates will be patient-focused, positive, and able to critically think through patient care situations. �  ADN required but BSN is highly preferred

�  Must be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month
