The Financial Advisor II SWHP prepares financial statements and performs monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses. Consults and advises senior management on complex financial and operational issues impacting the strategic financial plans of the organization, working with limited supervision of senior financial management.
The Financial Advisor II SWHP analyzes, investigates and advises senior management on institutional variance reports; prepares and coordinates the end of month close cycle; creates and educates staff on advance Invision reporting and analysis; performs moderately complex analysis for external users of financial information; and develops multiple system computer based programs for use in financial and operational reporting.
The ideal Financial Advisor II SWHP candidate is proficient with MS Office applications and has strong leadership, management, analytical and communication abilities.

ï¿½ A Bachelor's degree (e.g., BA, BS, BSN, BSW) or BBA Degree or equivalent experience is required. A Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MA, MS, MBA, MSN, MSW) or equivalent (e.g., CPA, PE, etc.) is preferred.
ï¿½ CPA certification is preferred.
ï¿½ 5 years of experience is required. 5 years previous accounting or financial experience is preferred.
