The Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing, and managing the human resources talent acquisition marketing team, vendors and internal stakeholders.  This leader will champion the talent acquisition channel strategies and media execution to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates for open positions today and in the future. The Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager is also responsible for all supervisory activities related to staffing, work assignments, performance management, orientation, professional development of staff and hiring/termination decisions.

 

In addition, the Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager performs the following:

 

  • Ensures that services are provided in compliance with BSWH brand standards

  • Partners with the TA Leadership team to design media plans, content plans and layout calendars for execution.

  • Develops strategies that increase candidate volumes for all positions, including high volume and hard-to-fill positions leveraging diverse channels ranging from job postings, email/ SMS marketing, digital media, events and traditional media.

  • Participates in strategic candidate facing work including career site, CRM / pipeline plans, job and social media campaigns.

  • Accountable for weekly/monthly reporting and achieving key performance indicators and targets.

  • Acts as chief collaborator, seeking out all partnerships and opportunities to solve talent challenges together


The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Marketing Manager role, will have the following skills and expertise:

 

Experience in talent marketing with expertise in multiple channels, vendor management, and media planning experience.  Management experience and healthcare recruitment experience preferred


Able to travel to our many facilities and sites, work with leadership and provide consultation on talent marketing capabilities.

 

Able to manage and resolve complex customer situations while creating and maintaining a team culture that has a high level of responsiveness to its customers

 

Strong communication/interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and project management and implementation skills
