Digital Health Management Consultant I

The Digital Health Management Consultant I will provide leadership, administration, and management of activities and resources for a variety of digital projects that range in size and impact within the organization. The Digital Health Management Consultant I will collaborate with various service line and departmental leaders to define, strategize and deliver on key initiatives.
Below are the essential functions for the role.
Collaborate with and leads client executive teams to establish a process towards the identification of problems/opportunities from a Digital Innovation perspective.
Utilize both traditional and modern assessment tools, such as interviews, surveys, and evaluations to arrive at hypothesis, conclusions, and relay findings to executive leadership team and individuals.
Provide advice or suggestions for improvements that meet customer and digital health objectives.
- Work with client team to implement change management process.
- Maintain multiple project/product budgets.
The ideal candidate must have knowledge of data analysis, research techniques, business management and software, project management programs, IT systems and experience in leading consumer journey map sessions, business strategy planning and conflict resolution. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal, written, communication, analytical, listening, organizational, creative thinking and problem solving skills. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work across healthcare verticals including, Value-Based Care, Operation Efficiency and Consumerization.
