External Description:

The HR Shared Services Benefits Admin Analyst provides research and analysis support to the HR Shared Service Center (SSC) and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), and acts as a liaison between the external customer, COE and HR Information Systems (HRIS) teams to ensure data integrity within the HRIS Platform. The Shared Services Benefits Admin Analyst will ensures service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are at or above standards while striving to improve quality and customer experience. The Shared Services Benefits Admin Analyst will also manage the internal relationship between Tier II team, applicable COE and HRIS, audits, system and process improvement and SSC strategy and operations. In addition, the Shared Service Benefits Admin Analyst may also provide the following services:

�  Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Tier II Specialists in decision making processes related to all HR Operational disciplines

�  Operate as SME during decision making processes to identify upcoming changes that impact HR Operations and SSC

�  Analyze data in the case management tool to accurately capture, track and follow-up on inquiries; entries used to monitor KPI trends, track performance, provide feedback and improve quality

�  Provide thorough data analysis for COE project implementations

�  Lead system testing efforts and liaise with HRIS and the COE to resolve any defects

�  Assist Senior-level Analyst with User Acceptance Testing validation between HRIS and COE

�  Collaborate with internal HR teams to determine resolution for gaps in processes, additional audit needs and interface errors

�  Continuously reviews SSC knowledge base to maintain working knowledge of all HR applications

�  Provide reporting and metrics to enhance performance and customer service levels within SSC


The ideal candidate for the HR Shared Services Benefits Admin Analyst role will have strong knowledge of Human Resources operations and HCM systems and strong technical skills to include Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular). The ideal candidate must give attention to detail and have strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with excellent customer service skills and strong problem solving skills. The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and present formal information in one-on-one and small group settings.

�  5+ years of experience

Prior PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud, API, Taleo and/or Service Now applications experience and experience in Benefits Administration and HR Compliance strongly desired
