External Description:

The Application Analyst provides administrative and technical support for assigned applications in support of business and/or clinical functions and provides support for normal software maintenance and updates. The Application Analyst assists with analyzing and identifying issues within the software application and provides recommendations for corrective actions to resolve issues.  The Application Analyst creates and maintains test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and/or system updates.  The Application Analyst will develop and understanding of end-user workflows while serving as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts, and technical support.  The Application Analyst will also perform other duties, including on call duties, as assigned or required.

 

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor�s Degree from an accredited university combined with the ability to quickly learn new software and technical information.  The ideal Application Analyst is self-motivated, able to work well in team environments, possess strong customer service skills, and be able to demonstrate sound and logical problem solving abilities to consistently meet defined Service Level Agreements.
