External Description:

The Database Report Analyst 1 is responsible for creating, designing and running database reports using PC platforms and report writing tools based on end-user needs and has working knowledge of Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and proficiency in data manipulation and extraction techniques. The DR Analyst 1 will train end users on report writing and work with users to understand business requirements and appropriate solutions. The DR Report Analyst 1 will also develop expertise in all reporting tools of Baylor Scott & White Health and learn new techniques within all enterprise applications. In addition, this role will provide production and on-call support for administration of reporting tools and write new and modified existing Crystal reports for internal use with clinical and financial data.
 
The ideal candidate will identify, troubleshoot and close service requests for user issues and follow all tickets to resolutions. The ideal candidate will also attend appropriate job skills training seminars and classes.
