Warehouse Associate - Temple

The Warehouse Associate will perform all distribution functions relating to receiving, stocking, transacting purchase orders, order shipping, order loading, order selecting, and sanitation, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will be cross-functional and will support one or more distribution functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE
The Warehouse Associate operates material handling equipment, RF scanners, warehouse management software controlled hand held devices, read monitors and distributes data and logic. The Warehouse Associate will manually stack and unstack, build, pack and unpack pallets or cargo boards, and orders product weighing up to or over 50 pounds and will troubleshoot, reconcile and respond to escalated issues from junior warehouse Associates and appropriate solutions.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
The ideal candidate must have organizational, communication, written and problem solving skills and the ability to work 8-10 hours a shift. An understanding of RF and warehouse management software applications and theory preferred.
Specialty/Department/Practice - BSWH Distribution Center - Temple
Shift/Schedule - Nights, start at 4:00pm and work until completed.

EDUCATION - H.S. Diploma/GED Equivalent
