We strive to support our team members in reaching their professional goals to learn and grow, where we are part of the community in which we work and where we are recognized for providing quality patient care.
Team approach We take a true team approach to patient care, which stresses putting the patient above all else. We make sure everyone involved understands his or her role in patient care. We hold ourselves to high standards in clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction, and we are among the highest-ranked healthcare institutions. The care team is far more than our nurses and the doctors on our medical staff. Additional staff members include administrative and support staff, environmental and nutrition services staff, among others.
Ourleadership team meets with all staff members quarterly to update them about the hospital's new initiatives, the growth of the hospital and the steps we are taking to improve the care we give at the patient's bedside.
Community service We also strongly believe in commitment to our community. We offer free screenings and health education courses designed to help prevent heart disease and raise public awareness. We are actively involved in community service initiatives throughout the DFW Metroplex.
