Customer Advocate
Customer advocates are the heart of our Health Plan. They work on behalf of our Members to resolves any issues and concerns, going above and beyond when needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering 80% of calls within 30 seconds
- Serving as primary contact for benefits, claims status and simple drug inquiries for Individual Plans
- Assisting Members with concerns and actively working toward a resolution before the concern escalates to a complaint
- Acting as a liaison between Members, Providers and billing offices
- Successful completion of Customer Service training and competency exam
