After you’ve attended System Orientation, make plans to pick up your badge and parking assignment, and learn more about where to park at your facility. In most locations, employees are required to have a parking decal for their vehicles.

Central Texas

Badging and parking permits

To pick up your employee ID badge and inquire about your parking assignment, go to the closest location to your home campus on the first business day after System Orientation. You'll have until the end of the day Friday of your first week for pick-up.

North Texas

Badging and parking permits

Baylor University Medical Center OR Corporate Administrative Building Employees: To pick up your employee ID badge and parking assignment, visit the Badging Office at 3600 Gaston Avenue, Barnett Tower 1130A, Dallas TX 75246 after attending System Orientation.

Baylor University Medical Center - Clinical employees: To pick up your employee ID badge and parking assignment, visit the CNER Building at Main Street Annex, 2nd floor, Dallas, TX 75246.

Baylor University Medical Center – Nurses or UAPs: You'll receive your badge at your Nursing/UAP onboarding session.

HealthTexas Provider Network: To pick up your employee ID badge and parking assignment, visit the badging office closest to your work location or home. See list below for locations.

BHVH Waxahachie: To pick up your employee ID badge, and parking assignment, visit the Dallas badging office at 3600 Gaston Avenue, Barnett Tower, Suite 1130A, Dallas TX 75246.

All others: To pick up your employee ID badge and parking assignment, see your manager at your home campus on the first business day after System Orientation. You'll have until the end of the day Friday of your first week for pick-up.

DART passes/shuttle information

If you work in the Dallas Area Rapid Transit service area, you may be able to participate in our DART Pass Program. If you're eligible, we'll pay all or part of the cost of an annual DART pass in exchange for an assigned parking space at your facility. Learn more and apply here.
