We are continuously improving our hiring practices and developing programs that foster a professional environment where all team members have the opportunity to grow, contribute and thrive based on their skills, experience and performance.

Our commitment to supporting women leaders in healthcare
Female physicians across our organization developed the Women Leaders in Medicine (WLIM) program to help women physicians connect in new and innovative ways and to champion connection with senior female physicians.
Since its inception in 2017, the program has used biannual summits, weekend virtual Coffee Talk events, mentorship and the Women Provider Support Network to build community at Baylor Scott & White.
